Buphthalmum speciosum, Schreb. (B. cordlfolium, Waldst. & Kit.). Lvs. very large, cordate, coarse-serrate: fls. very large and showy, on an upward-thickened peduncle: 3-4 ft., blooming in June and later. J.H. III. 53:187.
