Achillea ptarmica, Linn. (A. macrocephala, Pill. & Mitterb.). Sneezewort. Height 1-2 ft.: lvs. serrate: fls. in loose corymbs; all summer. North temperate regions.— Its full-double var. The Pearl (Fig. 104) is much used for cut-flowers and in cemeteries, and is one of the most popular of all hardy herbaceous plants. There are many other varieties.CH
