Lvs. about 6: st. 12-15 in. long, with distinct inter- nodes: spathes 1-fld., 2 in. long: fls. yellow; outer segms. with an obovate blade, and a purple blotch on each side of the crest of the claw; inner segms. oblanceolate, less than an inch long, and generally sharply deflexed, with a long filiform claw.
