Laeliocattleya schilleriana (L. Schilleriana). Lvs. 8 in. long: fl.-sts. 20 in. long; sepals and petals white, elongate-lanceolate; labellum veined with purple on the throat; disk purplish yellow, middle lobe spotted crimson-purple. A natural hybrid between C. intermedia and Lc. elegans. Brazil. Var. alba, Hort. Petals and sepals pure white; middle lobe of the labellum rich carmine-magenta, presenting an agreeable contrast.
