Sarracenia maddisoniana, Nichols. A hybrid with the same parentage as S. formosa, but in reversed relation. Pitchers ascending, short, with dull purple veins and fine whitish areoles upward, cucullate end of tube and fused lid richly white and purple-veined. CH
