Passiflora amabilis, Hook. St. slender and terete: lvs. ovate, very sharp-pointed, entire, rather thin, the petiole with about 2 pairs of glands: fl. solitary, about 3 in. across, the sepals and petals alike and bright brick- red within; corona or white filaments in 4 series, the 2 inner series being short.
