Galanthus byzantinus, Baker (G. gotwaldii, Hort.). Intermediate between G. plicatus and G. elwesii. "Lvs. 3 in. broad," which seems hardly possible, glaucous on both sides, especially beneath; margins distinctly and permanently recurved: outer segms. oblong, convex on back, 9 lines long, 4 lines broad, apical lobes somewhat reflexed and crisped; stamens much shorter than inner segms.
