Gasteria planifolia. Baker (Aloe planifolia, Baker). Lvs. in straight ranks, narrow, abruptly mucronate, 2-edged, ¾ x 6-10 in., glossy green with more or less confluent oblong; white spots, the minutely rough margin often rosy: infl. 6 ft. high, or more, simple; perianth very abruptly inflated below.
