Erythrina citrinum, Wats. Rather stout, to 10 in., 1-9- fld., the fls. close together and opening at about the same time: lvs. mottled, very broad-lanceolate, obtuse and short-apiculate, attenuate to a very short petiole: petals broad, strongly recurved, light yellow, orange at center, the tips becoming pink. S. Ore. Gn.M. 6:65. CH
