Hesperocallis undulata, Gray. Bulb large, corm-like: st. stout, 1-2 ft. high, 5-8-fld.: lvs. linear, fleshy, keeled, 3-6 lines wide, wavy margined: fls. 1 ½ -2 in. long;style exserted: caps. ½ in. long.—The fls. very fragrant, waxy-white or greenish; bulb should be deeply planted. L.H.B.
