Evodia hupehensis, Dode. (After E. Henryi.) Tree, to 60 ft.: lfts. 7-9, short-stalked, elliptic-ovate to elliptic-lanceolate, long-acuminate, rounded or rarely narrowed at the base, glaucescent or pale green beneath and glabrous or nearly so except villous in the axils of the veins, 3-6 in. long: infl. slightly pubescent, 4-8 in. broad: fr. beaked, yellowish gray, slightly hairy. Cent. China.
