Rhus mollis, HBK. Tall shrub: branchlets tomentose: lvs. oval or ovate, rounded and mucronate at the apex, rounded or subcordate at the base, pubescent above, more densely so beneath, 1 1/2-2 1/2in. long; petiole very short: fls. in dense pubescent panicles, about 1in. long: fr. sub-globose, pilose.Mex.
