Masdevallia wageneriana, Lind. Very small, neat and attractive, tufted, 2-3 in. high: lvs. spoon-shaped: peduncles equaling or exceeding the lvs., nearly erect; fls. yellow and crimson-dotted, with slender yellow tails, the upper one inclined backward; lobes broad, cordate or ovate; petals yellow, odd in shape, the lip rhomboid and toothed. Venezuela. B.M. 4921.
