Crepis aurea, Reichb. Black-hairy: height 1 ft. or less: fls. orange, mostly solitary: lower Lvs. spatulate-oblong, toothed, shining. June. Alps.—One of the commonest perennial species of the genus abroad. Repays rich soil.
