Grösse; B Fruchtzweig, desgl.; 1 oberer Theil der männlichen Blüthenähre, vergrössert; 2 männliche Blüthe mit Deckblatt, desgl.; 3 Theil der Fruchtähre, desgl.; 4 Fruchtknoten im Längsschnitt, desgl.; 5 Frucht, desgl.; 6, 7 dieselbe im Quer- und Längsschnitt, desgl.; 8 Same, desgl.; 9 Scheitel des Samens mit dem Embryo.
English: Cubeb pepper. A male blossom branch, natural. Size; B fruit branch, desgl.; 1 upper part of the male flower spike, enlarged; 2 male flowers with bract, same.; 3 parts of the fruit spike, same.; 4 ovary in longitudinal section, same.; 5 fruit, similar; 6, 7 the same in transverse and longitudinal section, similarly; 8 seeds, same; 9 vertex of the seed with the embryo.
