Eucalyptus virgata, Sieb. Shrub or small tree with stringy bark: lvs. lanceolate, thick and shining: calyx not angled; lid conical, granular-roughened, as also the tube; stamens scarcely 2 lines long; anthers reniform, opening by pores which extend into oblong slits: fr. globose-truncate, smooth, 3-6 lines across.
