Laelia Leeana, Hybrid: pseudobulbs cylindrical, somewhat swollen, 1-lvd.: lvs. cuneate-oblong, very coriaceous: sepals and petals spreading, ligulate, acute, somewhat undulate, rose-color; lateral lobes of the labellum semi-ovate, acute, the tips resting on the middle lamella, white, tips purple; middle lobe broad, obcordate. Sept. "Natural hybrid of L. marginata and —-?" (Hansen).—As this plant has 4 pollinia, it is probably nearer Cattleya. It was imperfectly described by Reichb. as a doubtful hybrid.
