Lysimachia hillebrandii, Hook. Shrub l ½ -8 ft. high, densely branched, often red-tomentose: lvs. alternate, sub- opposite or subverticillate, lanceolate, ovate or linear, acuminate at each end, coriaceous, short-petioled: calyx-lobes acuminate; corolla reddish purple, campanulate; lobes obovate, obtuse; stamens included. Hawaiian Isls.
