Mahonia nepalensis, DC. (Berberts nepalensis, Spreng.). Lfts. 5-25, ovate-oblong, all of nearly equal size, cuneate or rounded at the base, sinuately toothed, with few spiny teeth, lustrous above, 2-4 in. long: racemes to 10 in. long. India, chiefly Himalayas. Gn. 63, p. 94. A.G. 18:355.
