Primula efarinosa, Pax. Not farinose, very glabrous: lvs. membranaceous, 1 1/2 in. (more or less) long, oblong- ovate, obtuse, sharply erose-denticulate, narrowed into a winged petiole which equals or is shorter than the blade: scape exceeding the lvs., 5 -7 in. high, bearing a lax, many-fid, umbel: bracts acuminate from a saccate base: fls. violet; calyx tubular-campanulate, not split to middle with shortly triangular, subobtuse lobes; corolla-tube not constricted at the throat, the limb about 1/2 in. across, with narrowly obovate, deeply emarginate-bifid lobes: caps, globose, included in the calyx.
