Ruta graveolens, Linn. Rue. Herb Of Grace. Fig. 3515. A hardy perennial,woody at the base, 1 1/2 - 2 ft. high: lvs. fragrant, much divided; lobes oblong, the terminal obovate: fls. yellow. July. Prop, by division and seeds. An old medicinal plant, with a very strong aromatic odor; sometimes spontaneous in this country.
