Spiraea foxii, Zabel (S. corymbosa x S. japonica). Similar to the preceding: branches more or less striped, almost glabrous: lvs. elliptic, doubly serrate, glabrous: fls. whitish or pinkish, in large, puberulous corymbs; styles spreading in fr. June, July. R. H. 1900, p. 117. Of garden origin.— Less desirable than the preceding hybrid. CH
