Spiraea pyramidata, Greene. Possibly hybrid between S. lucida and S. Menziesii. Upright shrub, 3 ft. high: lvs. oval-oblong to oblong, acutish or obtuse, usually doubly serrate above the middle, glabrous or nearly so, 1 1/2 - 3 in. long: panicles l 1/2 – 3 1/2 in. long, rather dense, puberulous: fls. pinkish or almost white. July. Found wild in Ore. and Wash. CH
