Veronica glauca, Sibth. & Smith. Annual, suberect, branched; branches opposite, pubescent: lvs. 1/2 – 3/4 in. long, short-petioled, broadly ovate, obtuse, crenate-dentate; floral lvs. bract-like, 2-3-lobed: fls. 3/4 in. across, bright blue, throat white; calyx pubescent, segms. unequal, in pairs, elliptical: caps. suborbicular, retusely truncate. Greece. B.M. 7759.
