Perennial : sts. short, pilose below: lvs. nearly all clustered, petiolate, very broadly ovate, obovate or spatulate, crenate: raceme terminal, solitary, laxly many-fld.: fls. rose or pale violet; calyx-lobes glandular, ovate-oblong, obtuse: caps. rhomboid, broader than long. China.
