Whipplea utahensis, Wats. (Fendlera utahensis, Greene. Fendlerella utahensis, Heller). Much-branched, upright shrub, to 2 ft., pubescent: lvs. elliptic-ovate to linear-oblong, acute, entire, 1/3 – 1/2 in. long, appressed-hairy on both sides: fls. white, in terminal small cymes 1/2 – 3/4 in. across. July. Ariz., Colo., Utah.
